Thank you all for comments!

We have yet to see any indication that Discovery is moving towards releasing this song as a download, free or otherwise.  There is an option to download a ringtone embedded in the Youtube video posted below, however, it’s unclear whether that’s the same song.  In response, we have decided to do what we can without violating our agreement with Discovery, so click the link below to stream the full 90 second version of our Deadliest Catch promo without voiceover or sound effects.  Thanks!

Ive been listening to production music for years and i must say that its been a long time since a specific piece grabbed my attention. i commend John Luker for this amazing composition which firmly sits on my personal best of 2009 list and wont be moving anytime soon. Keep up the good work.

    Regards,
    TN

This song is great! And in regards to the ringtone that Discovery has posted on YouTube- don’t waste your money. It is pretty much the opposite of what you will be looking for. You hear the people talking but this music is NOT in the ringtone. Thanks for posting the download on musikvergnuegen.com! It’s the closest I’ve come to being able to hear this wonderful masterpiece! John Luker- you are amazing!
